1. About the program
PrivHive is a communications platform operated by PMP Technologies LLC that enables businesses to exchange SMS and voice communications with their own customers. When you provide your mobile number to a business that uses PrivHive, you may receive text messages such as appointment reminders, service and account updates, and replies to inquiries you have started with that business.
2. Consent
You agree to receive SMS messages from a business using PrivHive only after you have provided your mobile number to that business and agreed to be contacted — for example, when booking or requesting a service, submitting a form on the business's website, or in person. We do not purchase, rent, or send messages to numbers that were not given to us with consent.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with the business you are communicating with.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and paid to your mobile service provider. PrivHive does not charge you for receiving or sending messages.
5. Opt-out — how to stop messages
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that business. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time or reply START.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand what information we collect and how it is used. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly.
