Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Who we are

PrivHive is a communications platform operated by PMP Technologies LLC ("PrivHive," "we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of our website, businesses that use our platform, and the end customers who communicate with those businesses through PrivHive.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information from businesses that sign up — name, work email, company details, and login credentials.
  • Contact information that a business stores about its own customers, including mobile phone numbers, provided so the business can communicate with them.
  • Message and call metadata — the content of SMS conversations, timestamps, delivery status, and call logs needed to operate the service.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, and usage information collected automatically to keep the service secure and reliable.

3. How we use information

  • To deliver SMS and voice communications between businesses and their customers.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the platform.
  • To provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. SMS messaging and consent

End customers receive SMS messages only after providing their mobile number to a business that uses PrivHive and agreeing to be contacted. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms of Service for full details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run the service:

  • With infrastructure and messaging providers (such as Twilio) strictly to transmit your messages and calls.
  • Between a business and its own customers, which is the core purpose of the platform.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Businesses may delete customer records from their workspace at any time.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. Customer phone numbers are masked by default and are only exposed server-side to authorized users under explicit access controls.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
  • Contact us with any privacy question using the details below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
